Who is it for?
For less and more experienced amateur cyclists and anyone who loves an active holiday - we will adapt the training level to your abilities!
If you:
- want to improve your form and enjoy a unique sporting adventure,
- are preparing for the racing season,
- are looking for the perfect place and company to train with,
- or simply want to spend active time in great company, this camp is FOR YOU!
How will we ride?
Every day of the camp combines fun, training, beautiful views, a tasty coffee break ☕️ and time for recovery.
Safety comes first, so we follow a few rules that let everyone fully enjoy the ride:
- Start and finish - we always set off and return together, from the same place.
- Pace - on flat and rolling sections we ride together at a fairly steady pace.
- Climbs - everyone rides them at their own pace, whatever the legs allow on the day.
- Descents - we descend safely - the roads aren't closed and you're not Pidcock flying down the Galibier at the TdF.
- Regrouping after climbs and descents - we wait for everyone after climbs and descents.
- Coffee break - every route includes a planned coffee break where we rest and refuel. Training sessions - if you have an individual training plan, you can do your work and then rejoin the group to add some kilometres.
- We have prepared several route options so that every participant can choose the right intensity and length.
Standard routes
- distance 80-150 km,
- elevation gain 1000-2500 m.
Alternative, shorter versions - available where the route allows an earlier return or a shorter distance.
Recovery day - rest matters too, so there's a day off for those who want it and a coffee ride for the motivated ☕️
For every session, GPX files will be prepared and sent to each participant beforehand, so they can be loaded onto a Garmin, Wahoo or other device.
After training we have a private pool and a mini gym at our disposal.
Or how about a trip to Calpe's icon, the famous Peñón de Ifach rock? 🏞️
Where will we ride?
- we'll take on a legend - the plan includes a route up the famous Coll de Rates, where you can take on Pogačar's KOM, and if you make it up the bonus Coll de Rates 2.0, we can stop for coffee and cheesecake ☕️🍰
- there will also be a queen stage, taking on the Port de Tudons, the highest pass in the area at 1024 m above sea level, and on the way back we'll tackle the Puerto de Confrides and visit the Castell de Guadalest,
- we can't miss the climb to Vall d’Ebo either, which shows off its charm with hairpin bends and great views, and of course the famous Musette cycling café ☕️🍰
- so it's not all mountains, we'll also spin on the flat among the orange groves 🍊 around Pego,
- Cumbre del Sol, the short but steep wall known from the Vuelta a España, and many other lesser-known climbs, short and long, pleasant and unpleasantly steep - but don't worry… it won't all be uphill!
