EliteCore Track Team is a new UCI project that was created with a clear intention:
To create an environment where athletes can prepare for qualification and realistic results at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. This is a place where technology, scientific training, and the experience of the staff meet the daily work of athletes.
We are a team that combines track and road—two worlds that together create a more comprehensive, stronger training system. This model is no coincidence: we believe that combining both disciplines opens the way for the development of athletes at the world's elite level.
Our activities are focused on one goal: the 2028 Olympic Games. Every decision—sporting, strategic, and organizational—is subordinated to this priority. By integrating science, innovation, and a high work culture, we are building a system capable of winning medals on the international stage.
EliteCore Track Team aims to be a recognizable, credible, and respected brand in the world of cycling—synonymous with quality, professionalism, and a defined purpose. Our identity is clear: ambition, discipline, and a shared direction.

Our mission: to create an elite training program that provides the most effective path to the Olympic podium through the highest standards of training, innovation, and professional support.
Our vision: we want to be one of the leading UCI track teams in the world. At the same time, we are developing a strong road program that strengthens and complements our track DNA, creating a project unlike any other in Poland—modern, effective, and comprehensive.
Values:
??? Excellence – perfection in every detail.
??? Discipline – daily work, beyond excuses.
??? Innovation – technology as a sporting advantage.
??? Unity – one team, one direction, one goal.
??? Integrity – class and responsibility on and off the track.
