Career:
One of Poland's most experienced track riders, known for his endurance, tactical intelligence, and consistency in training. He began his career at Ziemia Brzeska Brzeg, then represented the Czech team Tufo–Pardus Prostějov (2014–2019) and later the Polish team Wibatech–Merx. Until 2025, he was again associated with Tufo–Pardus Prostějov and with the Central Military Sports Team to this day.
Achievements:
Multiple medalist at the European and World Track Cycling Championships. Two-time European Champion in the points race (Grenchen 2015, Glasgow 2018) and bronze medalist at the World Championships (Hong Kong 2017). He also won a bronze medal at the European Championships in Madison (Berlin 2017) and the title of European Youth Champion (2012). Participant of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro (2016) and Tokyo (2020). Multiple Polish Champion in track events.

(2021–2022), in 2023 he rode for the Lubelskie PerL?a team, and in 2024 he represented the Italian team Rime Drali. A member of the Polish national team, he regularly competes in international competitions in scratch, omnium, and qualifying events.

One of the most promising names in the younger generation of Polish track cycling. Junior World Champion in the scratch race (2022, Tel Aviv) and Junior World Vice-Champion in the omnium (2022). In 2021, he won a bronze medal in the European Junior Championships in the qualifying race. He is a multiple medalist at the Polish Championships in the junior and youth categories.

Career:
Dzmitry Prudnikau was born on January 1, 1991. Over the years, he has represented several international teams, steadily building his experience in the peloton. In 2018, he raced for Kingsnorth International Wheelers, then in 2021, he represented the Dar-Bud Team, and in the 2022 season, Bialini Elitewheels RevoltTech.
In 2024, he rode for the Tirana Team, where he achieved one of the best results of his career to date. He began the 2025 season with Cyklotym Havirov Tirana. Since 2026, he has been associated with Elitecore Track Team, bringing experience from international UCI races, athletic maturity, and a commitment to achieving team goals.
Achievements:
His most significant career result to date is 9th place overall in the 2024 Tour of Albania (UCI 2.2). During the same race, he also finished 4th on the king stage, proving his capabilities on demanding, selective routes. Competing in UCI-level races also allowed him to earn points towards the international UCI rankings, strengthening his position in the professional peloton.
